Canada finale

Saturday was mostly spent at Morgan's OAFL match. Jeff managed to score a job as goal umpire, and even in that position managed to take a mark and get a few kicks.

In the senior game, clubs can only have six Australians on the field at any one time. Surprisingly, many of the Canadians are quite good so the standard was quite good. Modified rules for the seconds, less talent and quite 'entertaining'.

Morgan didn't play as he is recovering from a hernia operation that he had while we were in the Caribbean.

Saturday night Jeff went to a rather crass, but clever, comedy night at the Danforth Music Hall starring Jim Jefferies.

In terms of the finale, avid readers may recall our blog on India travels and our driver Rupesh. He always had to go as fast as he could and pass anyone and everyone in front of him. Well, Morgan is the reincarnation of an Indian driver. Speeding and changing lanes are the features of his driving.

So a word of warning to anyone who get's anxious.........don't hop in the car if Morgan's driving.
